Each student has their own Student portal where they can organize their studies themselves. During the academic year they can monitor their timetable, register for dates of particular exams, and be informed about regular and final results of particular courses, submit seminar papers or register and sign up for new courses.

Apart from activities associated with a particular semester, the student can follow his/her study plan, status of funding his/her studies, list of final thesis topics, its electronic submission or an application for the state exam. Student portal is aptly complemented with study support eLearning tools, so teachers' study materials, tests and tasks are easily accessible.

The most common user of the information system will always be a specialist officer. Computers can help with making decisions and can make many things automatic, but they cannot resolve problematic cases, deal with exceptions or answer inaccurate questions.

Among the most popular agendas are a fully automated module of financing studies, creation of ECTS catalogue, and payment of scholarship, group printing of output documents or electronic testing in the admission procedure. Since it is always easier to control and make decisions when all the facts are known, heads of departments at faculties and university has a number of applications of Managerial Superstructure available to serve that purpose. In one place they obtain aggregated information from pedagogic, scientific and research, and also operational processes of the university. If necessary, they can also find detailed information on each monitored indicator.

The information system also allows evaluating the employees performance by means of Score evaluation. Every pedagogic, scientific and research, professional or administrative activity can be evaluated with score or calculation formula, and thus very quickly compare the performance of employees in a department or departments at a faculty, the performance of research teams, results of supervisors of a study program or any group within the whole university.
